Nate is the founder and owner of D3 Financials LLC. A 2018 graduate of Ohio Northern University, Nate earned both his bachelor's and master's (2019) degrees in accounting. He began his career in public accounting, where he gained three years of valuable experience before starting D3 Financials LLC in 2023.

Demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial vision, Nate led the firm’s acquisition of Willis and Co. CPAs at the start of 2024, expanding D3 Financials’ reach and capabilities. With a foundation rooted in integrity, expertise, and client-first service, Nate continues to guide D3 Financials toward growth and innovation in the accounting industry.

Bill Willis, CPA

Bill Willis is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 45 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, and financial consulting. As the former owner of Willis and Co. CPAs, Bill built and led a respected firm for more than 30 years, delivering trusted financial guidance to individuals and businesses alike.

At the beginning of 2024, Willis and Co. CPAs was acquired by D3 Financials LLC, where Bill continues to serve as a valued tax preparer and consultant. His deep expertise, client-first approach, and decades-long track record make him an integral part of the D3 Financials team.

Kathy Funderburgh

Kathy is the Office Administrator for D3 Financials LLC with over 25 years of experience supporting the operational and administrative functions of the firm. She began her career with Willis & Hecker CPAs, later continuing with Willis and Co. CPAs, where she became a cornerstone of the firm’s administrative leadership.

Following the acquisition of Willis and Co. CPAs by D3 Financials LLC, Kathy remained in her role and continues to serve as the Head Office Administrator. Her deep institutional knowledge, organizational expertise, and unwavering commitment make her an integral part of the firm’s ongoing success. Kathy is known for her professionalism, reliability, and ability to keep office operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
